Transportation Rate Analyst

We are seeking a Transportation Pricing Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong math skills and advanced Excel expertise. You'll help improve our pricing strategies and manage compliance and insurance documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pricing Analysis: Use math and Excel to analyze transportation pricing data, find insights, and suggest improvements.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all compliance documents and insurance certificates are up-to-date and meet regulations.
• Reporting: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track pricing and compliance, and share updates with the team.
• Process Improvement: Find and implement ways to make our pricing and compliance processes more efficient.

Qualifications:

• Math Skills: Strong ability in mathematical analysis and problem-solving.
• Excel Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis.
• Attention to Detail: Precise and thorough in handling and analyzing data.
• Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Communication: Clear and effective in both written and verbal communication.

Preferred:

• Experience in pricing or compliance within the transportation industry.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and insurance requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
