We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our back-office team at our headquarters in Billings, MT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in back-office operations and how it supports the operations of a company. This individual will be responsible for streamlining the processes for, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable (billing and collection).
Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide monthly reports to ownership and profit center managers.
- Develop and enhance financial controls.
- Maximize the efficiency of the back-office processes through innovation and technology.
- Develop KPIs that show the productivity of the back-office team.
- Cross train the back-office team to continue to provide services during vacations and sick time.
- Develop and implement processes to support all operating entities.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Three to five years of progressively responsible office management experience.
- Experience in the transportation industry.
- Proven team management skills.
- Strong background in process development.
- Experience in implementing processes.
- Technology-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
